The Company’s dividend policy is aligned with the provisions of the Articles of Association of PT Distribusi Voucher Nusantara Tbk. According to this policy, cash dividends may be paid to all shareholders at least once a year, by taking into account the Company’s financial condition.

The amount of dividend to be paid will be based on net income for the year, with due regard to the Company’s financial soundness and without diminishing the right of the General Meeting of Shareholders to decide otherwise.

In 2022 and 2023, the Company has not distributed dividends in accordance with the decisions of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) on July 13, 2022, and AGMS on June 14, 2023. The Company is still focusing on business expansion, which includes developing and nurturing all its resources, including improving communication and information technology.
