Indonesian citizen, 54 years of age. Obtained his Bachelor of Economics Degree from STIE Indonesia in 1990. Previously worked at PT Sumber Kayu Persada as an Accounting Staff member (1990–1991), then at PT Prosperindo Sarana as an Accounting Supervisor (1991–1992), at PT Ventura as Accounting Supervisor (1992–1994), at PT Opal Indah Glass (1994–1999) as Finance & Accounting Manager, at BMB Consultant (2000–2014) as CEO, at PT Distribusi Voucher Nusantara as Director (2013–2015), and at PT Agec Techno as CFO (2006–2022). He was appointed as the Company’s Independent Commissioner of PT Distribusi Voucher Nusantara Tbk (“DIVA” or “the Company”) in 2018 and serves until now.

Commissioner

Indonesian citizen, 46 years old. Graduated in Economics from Johann Wolfgang University in Frankfurt, Germany in 2003. Has experience as a Consultant at Deutsche Börse (2000-2001), has served as EPayment Programmer & Project Management at Deutsche Bank (2001-2002). Currently serves as Founder and Managing partner of Rigel Capital Management (2022-present). Currently also serves as Founding Partner at Kejora Capital (2013-present). Served as Co-Founder and Investor in C88 Fintech Group (www.cekaja.com) (2013-present), Qareer Group (qerja.com) (2014-present). He is also appointed as Board Member and Investor in Sicepat Ekspres (2016-present), and Finfleet (Logistics Technology) (2016-present). In addition, he is an investor of Snapask (Education Technology Company in Asia) (2017-present) and Investree (Investree.id) (2016-present). He is also one of the founders of the FinTech Association and former Secretary General of the Venture Capital Association in Indonesia (Amvesindo) and Co-founded or Investor and as a board member in Brandami, Amilo, G2Academy. He was appointed as Commissioner of PT Distribusi Voucher Nusantara Tbk (“DIVA” or “the Company”) in 2020 and serves until now.

Indonesian citizen, 60 years of age. Obtained his Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Indonesia in 1991. Previously worked at PT Food Specialities Indonesia (Nestle) (1991-1994). Previously served as General Manager Celluler (1994–2002) and VP East Indonesia Region (2000-2002) di PT Satelit Palapa Indonesia (Satelindo). Served as General Manager at PT Cipta Multi Usaha Perkasa (2002), then work as Group Head Marketing & Sales of Seluler Shop (2002–2004), and then was Vice President (Channel Management) at PT Bakrie Telecom Tbk (2004–2010) Previously worked as Chief of National Sales and Distribution Officer at PT Mobile-8 Telecom Tbk (2010). He was appointed as the Vice President/Head of Channel Management (2010-2011), Vice President/Head of Modern Channel (2011), Vice President/Head of Distribution Excellence Management (2011-2013) at PT Smartfren Telecom Tbk. Director at PT Arifindo Mandiri (2013-2016), and Chief Operating Officer at PT Mitra Komunikasi Nusantara Tbk (2017-2019). He was appointed as the Company’s Independent Commissioner of PT Distribusi Voucher Nusantara Tbk (“DIVA” or “the Company”) in 2020 and serves until now.
